The house consists of 2 levels. At the top level there are 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom and balcony. On this second level is an additional bedroom with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room for 6 people and a living room.
There is also a terrace with side sea view to the Venetian harbor and an outdoor dining area for guests to enjoy breakfast or lunch. From the terrace there is access by metal ladder to the roof terrace where there are sun loungers for those who want to sunbath, relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink.

The sleep system we have chosen for our beds includes orthopedic and anatomical mattresses made with ecological materials with special Antibacterial Protect treatment.
The perfection of the ideal sleep conditions is enhanced with latex toppers placed over the mattress in order to show off their special characteristics, making sleep in absolute comfort and luxury.
